You inspired me to get out my old Felicity that had bad hair too. I had already combed and shapooed it. I had also downy dunked it and dried it. It still looked frizzy and dry. So I spritzed her hair, and coated it in Garnier Nutrisse Smoothing Milk. I used my curling iron on a low setting and her hair looks like new. I was so shocked. I had recently restored a My Child doll doing this very same thing. I took a chance and Felicity looks great!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
